Directions from A1
Heading south - take the slip road marked A195 (also the slip road for the Moto Service Station) pass the service station on the slip road, stay in the left hand lane and follow road up to the roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout, go straight past the 'Holiday Inn' hotel and continue along the road (approx 1.5miles) at the end the road bears to the left and we are first left, 29 Phoenix Road.

Heading north - take the slip road marked A195, when leaving the slip road exit by the first slip road marked 'Holiday Inn, Emerson'. Turn left at the roundabout (instructions are identical to above directions from this point).


Directions from A19
Take the slip road marked A1231 turn onto the road for Washington. Follow the road until you reach roundabout (approx 3 miles from leaving the A19), take the 2nd exit (straight over the roundabout) in approx 100 yards take the slip road marked for 'Crowther, Oxclose', straight over the mini-roundabout at the bottom of the slip road, follow road to the T-junction turn right, follow road to the end where the road bears to the left and we are first left, 29 Phoenix Road.
