Returns If you would like to return the goods you ordered from UK Decor for any reason, you must contact us within 7 days to authorize the return. Goods must be returned undamaged and in a saleable condition, the buyer pays for the return postage cost and goods will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
Faulty Goods Goods should be inspected upon arrival, if any damage or faults are found, please contact us within 48 hours by email, telephone or fax, we will then organize sending replacements out as soon as possible.
Undelivered Items If an item you have ordered has not arrived within 1 week of it being dispatched by us, please notify us as soon as possible. If the item has been lost by our courier we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
